The fixings matter more than the model

We check what it's being bolted into — concrete, hollow brick, rendered block — and size the brackets accordingly. That's what decides whether it holds in a strong levante or pulls away.

Cassette for harsh exposure

A full-cassette awning closes the fabric inside a sealed box. On the seafront that's what stops the salt and the damp eating the fabric and the arms.

Motor and automation

Motorised with a remote, and if it suits you, a wind sensor — which retracts the awning by itself when a gust comes in and you're not at the property.

What does
an awning cost?

We won't quote a price per metre without seeing the job, because we'd be making it up. We visit, we measure and we give you a fixed, itemised quote. It depends on:

The price you accept is the price you pay. Anything added later is agreed with you before it's done.

The width and the projection, which weigh most on the price
The model: drop arm, folding arm, cassette or sail
The fabric: solution-dyed acrylic or micro-perforated
Whether it's manual or motorised, and whether it has a wind sensor
The wall and the height, which determine the fixings and the access needed

Cut and assembled in El Verger, to the measurements taken at your property. We let you know as soon as it's ready to fit.

Fitting and adjustment

We strip out and remove the old unit, fit the new one plumb and sealed, and adjust the ironmongery: it opens, it closes, it doesn't catch and it doesn't let draughts through.

It depends on the model and above all on the fixings. No folding-arm awning is designed to stay out in a strong levante: what makes the difference is a properly anchored cassette and, if it worries you, a wind sensor that retracts it on its own.
Yes, but the community usually specifies the model, the colour and the position. It's worth confirming that before we make it, because redoing it afterwards costs the same as doing it.
If the frame and the arms are sound, yes: we replace the fabric and it's as good as new for a good deal less. We'll tell you at the visit.
Solution-dyed acrylic, because the colour is in the fibre rather than printed on top. On a south-facing wall or on the seafront that's the difference between a few years and many.
