The buttons on this site open your phone, your WhatsApp or your email. If you choose to use them, we process the data you give us — normally your name, telephone number, the address of the job and whatever you tell us about it — for one purpose only: to deal with your enquiry and, where appropriate, to come and look at it and prepare a quote for you. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for simply answering enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data to send you marketing unless you ask us to.
If we don't end up working together, we keep the conversation for as long as the quote is live and for up to a year afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you do hire us, the data associated with invoicing is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
